Coming to Otalith? Here's what you need to know!

Where am I going?

160 Seaplane Base Rd - Ucluelet, BC

Where's the campground?

Across the street! It's called Ucluelet Campground. You can't miss it!

What's this about a party at the Tofino Brewing Co.?

We host a special party every year for the first 500 ticket holders who decide they're coming to Otalith. If your pass says 3 Day Festival Pass - that's you! The music is begins @ 6pm at the Tofino Brewing Company in Tofino

But I am staying in Ucluelet at the campground on Thursday, how do I get to Tofino if the party is at the Brewery?

There are buses departing every half hour from Ucluelet Campground beginning at 5pm. If you purchased a 3 day festival pass that includes camping you can ride the bus free of charge - all weekend. You'll want to arrive as early as possible. The buses are first come first served. ***Please note: the event is 19+, proof of age will be required at entry.

I bought a ticket but there is nowhere for me to stay?

For the Otalith weekend Ucluelet is now at 100% capacity. It is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to secure their own accommodations and we unfortunately can't issue you a refund because you didn't plan ahead. We heard there is still availability in Tofino and we have an awesome bus program. Buy your bus pass here and checkout Tourism Tofino for more information.

Are kids allowed?

We pride ourselves on being a family friendly event. We even have a discounted youth pass this year. Children 12 and under are free!

We love the coast. This is a party on the coast, for the coast. Please remember that this beautiful place is our home. Pack out your garbage. If you see someone doing something disrespectful to another person or their property, please speak up! We rely on you - our community - to keep this festival a safe and fun environment.

Are cars allowed in the campground? Can I sleep in my car?

No. For the 3rd year in a row cars/camper-vans/mini-vans will not be allowed in the campsite. You will be escorted into the campground in your vehicles to unload and then told to park your car at the lot across the street. Camping is for tents - unless you have purchased an additional RV pass. RV passes are required for all vehicles that have people occupying them big or small. This is purchased in addition to the camping passes required by individuals.
